Insurance clerks/adjuster get paid their hourly rate whether they pay your bill or not. Think about it, no company gives their employees bonuses for paying out the most money.  Most of the time the insurance carriers need to know that you have a strong collections team.  A lot of times the clerks don’t know what they are doing, that is why we will not hesitate to contact their supervisor.  If necessary we will go to the supervisors’ supervisor.  We do whatever is legally necessary to get your bills paid, on time.
